Description

I made this during the Fallout Week 2016 on Tumblr for the "Favorite vault experiment" Day. It started as an illustration for Vault 19, but I think it can stand for pretty much everything Vault-tec. did with the citizens of the former U.S.A.

Is vault 19 a game? I am not very familiar but this seems like a really creative concept
